A little about me :)

  • Strong collaboration with development starts with clear objectives and shared understanding. When teams know the “why” behind design decisions, they’re better equipped to bring them to life. I make sure my handoffs go without a hitch by communicating details thoroughly and transparently. The kickoff will not be the first time the team has seen my designs. My approach is rooted in partnership, adaptability, and open communication.

  • I thrive on learning new things. Staying current on design and product development trends is hugely important to me. Continuous learning fuels my creativity and allows me to bring fresh, thoughtful perspectives to every project. I actively seek feedback, knowing it’s essential to great design, and every piece of input helps me grow.

  • Throughout my career I’ve consistently championed user needs in every conversation, even before I knew what UX was. This advocacy has helped shape company cultures that not only recognize the value of UX but also prioritize it. I believe deeply in understanding all types of “customers”—not just those who buy our products, but especially those who use them everyday. That distinction is key to designing truly impactful experiences.

  • User Research has been one of my favorite parts of any project I’ve worked on end-to-end. Talking and empathizing with people’s day-to-day struggles, conflicts or challenges really motivates me and my designs.

Lindsay brought a unique combination of reliability, creativity, and strategic thinking, and was always willing to dive into the details to ensure designs were both intuitive and technically feasible. Beyond her design talent, she was a collaborative and dependable teammate working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and her fellow UX design team.

I cannot emphasize enough how deeply I appreciate your enthusiasm, holistic approach, openness, and care for the parts we build and how we collab/build them.
